TE Connectivity

We have been working in partnership with Swindon-based TE Connectivity for 25-years and during this time they have built up a £250,000 endowment fund that is providing essential grants for charitable groups in the town.

The company has made supporting the community that supplies its 700-strong workforce one of its priorities. Corporate ambassador Neil Steptoe said “We have a great interest in Swindon and want to work with the community here so we are pleased to have this partnership with Wiltshire Community Foundation. We feel that we want to give something back to the community where most of our employees are and because Wiltshire Community Foundation knows the area and the groups who work in it so well we know the money we give will be used to the best effect.

”Our endowment fund plays an important part in the company’s corporate social responsibility. There are a lot of people in Swindon who need support and a lot of groups that need help too, so we are pleased that Wiltshire Community Foundation is providing it.”
