Finance Assistant

Part time position – initially 10hrs per week

Salary:  £16,000 - £18,000 pro rata (depending on relevant experience)

Location:  Devizes

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to join our dynamic team.  Attention to detail and the ability to pick up systems/processes quickly is a must.  You will have the ability to prioritise your own work load to meet deadlines. 

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar accounting role and be confident using Excel and Sage 50.  Charity accounts experience would be an advantage but not a necessity for the right candidate.

Job Description

Grants Administrator

Part time position – 22.5hrs per week

Salary:  £16-18,000 pro rata

Location:  Devizes

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Administrator to support our existing Grants team. Attention to detail and the ability to pick up systems/processes quickly is a must. Reporting to the Grants Manager, you will be responsible for dealing with enquiries, checking applications and assisting applicants as required, also routine administration using our database system and updating spreadsheets.  In addition you will work closely with the Finance Officer regarding grants payments and providing up-to-date financial information.
